I have been coming to Inner Wellness for over 3 years now for Osteo treatments and other treatments such as remedial massage and cupping. I love that this clinic has a very holistic approach to health and everybody is so caring. Lyndsay (Osteopath) is amazing and recently I have also seen Lisa for remedial massage / cupping. I highly recommend Inner Wellness for your body.

Would totally recommend both Sarah and Lindsay! I have worked more with Sarah who has helped with back, neck and pelvis issues. Lovely team who listen and always check in during treatment to ensure you feel comfortable. Definitely the place to go if you need an Osteo!

Lindsay & Jacqui are incredible, relatable, knowledgeable, professional & very caring practitioners.
I’ve received individualised Osteo treatments from them both, as well as very attentive & supportive pelvic floor Osteo treatments from Dr Lindsay that have really improved my confidence in my body’s ability to heal & change.

I cannot recommend this group of Osteo's and myotherapists highly enough. I suffer from terrible back pain and rotation of my pelvis courtesy of old sporting injuries and have found my mobility to be much improved since using both Lindsay and Sarah. I love that Sarah combines dry needling in her treatments if required. I have two very sporty children who also attend appointments with Sarah. She has been helping one child work through Osgood Schlatters disease and the younger child suffers from severs. Both children have reported a reduction in pain and increase in strength from the exercises Sarah has given them. The thing I like most about the Team at Inner Wellness, is they're happy to work with other specialists, who the children see for their ailments. There are no ego's, just a genuine desire to have my little family feeling their best.

Lyndsay has always been great having treated me for pregnancy related and back pain. She has been thorough and knowledgeable as well as friendly and effective. I've also brought my child and bub for treatment and am really happy with her services.

I highly recommend Jacqui @ Inner Wellness. She is an incredible Osteo and has helped me to release a significant amount of tension, misalignment, pain and stress in my body. Trust is an important factor for me in choosing my practitioners. Jacqui has a way of making you feel calm and relaxed. I’ve also experienced more clarity and less brain fog following my treatments.

Lyndsay has been treating me for Osteo for the past few months. The difference I’ve felt in my body has been amazing - including injury treatment and prevention. I’ve also started Pilates with her and the classes are great - challenging whilst still safe and an amazing total body workout. Highly recommend. Great little vibe at the studio with delicious coffee at Rock Hop next door.
