My partner and I had 3 sessions with their couple therapist who was very unprofessional from our point of view. She passed on judgement at the very first session of how this relationship. And the following individual session, she was arguing with me with some definition of relationships or terms. She was not open minded to listen but rather has her fixed thoughts and accused my behaviour is lying because that is her definition. I felt like I had to guard myself and put on my defense mode during the session rather than feeling save and comfy to openly talk about our problem. She was wearing a facemask all the time throughout the face to face session, which is extremely difficult to connect with the person. After three sessions and paid almost 900 bucks, we received no strategy or any solid suggestions. Disappointed and won’t be back.

My fiance and I have being seeing Melody for the past few months and she has provided us with strategies that we've been able to impliment to help us maintain and strengthen our relationship and communication skills.
She makes the space feel safe and open to have those more challenging conversations while teaching us how to actually have those challenging conversations. We are really grateful for Meldoy's help.
