Tony is brilliant. I had been suffering from a fall and despite physio for months was still suffering pain. Tony did an instant fix and over 3 visits and with a series of simple exercises the pain is gone and I have 100% movement again.

Emily is an amazing physiotherapist. I couldn't be happier. I also love the Pilates classes which are tailor-made and have just three to a class. The practice is also lovely, Wendy and Kym are so easy to chat to sand organise appointments/classes etc. I would highly recommend (and have!) to my family and friends.

Tony McNamee and Hayden Bristow are great physios with complementary skill sets, and nice people to boot.

I discovered that Hayden has a great depth of knowledge of rehab physiotherapy while working with him to address my knee pain issue. He listens and observes closely, and aligns the exercises to my situation - and I am seeing great results! I'll soon be back bushwalking across rugged terrain, better than ever.

Tony's approach and depth of specialist knowledge helped me get my life back. I suffered from chronic pain for decades in multiple points in my spine/SIJ and had little success with other practitioners/approaches. I have seen immense improvement with Tony's hands-on treatment and he has educated me so I can better manage my issues and live a fuller life. 🙂

The office staff are all lovely and really helpful and there is good parking behind the clinic.
