Amazing studio with great instructors and well-designed classes! I especially love the ‘Super Saturday’ class—it’s the perfect mix of cardio and reformer for a fun and challenging workout. I’ve been going here consistently for the past 2 years. Super affordable compared to many other studios and great teachers - Leanne’s the best! There is a gym downstairs that blasts their music which can be really funny at times but you get used to it at some point.

I’ve been attending classes at inLIFE Burwood for the past five months, and I couldn’t be happier. Youi and the team are experienced instructors and welcoming. With a variety of classes to choose from and the convenience of booking online, the membership is definitely worth it. I started Pilates to help manage my peri-menopause symptoms, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve felt stronger, with noticeable improvements in my core strength, and overall, I’m feeling better than ever. inLIFE is truly the perfect place for me!

The studio is absolutely spotless, the instructors take time to help each individual person.
I had the most amazing instructor who took the time to help me stretch and use the reformer. Also been so tight and stiff very nervous and embarrassed. Yet made to feel so comfortable and confident with the exercises.
Will be going all the time to get myself back to normal.
It's a must go place for health and fitness

I felt in love with the reformer pilates in this studio! Great facilities, great atmosphere and above all really well prepared, welcoming and caring instructors. Such a great atmosphere! The instructors Thu and Madeline were so great at making sure I felt comfortable as a beginner. I felt supported throughout my whole reformer Pilates experience. Youi provided me with exceptional service and always made sure to check in. I really recommend this Pilates studio!

Highly recommend this reformer studio. I’ve been looking everywhere in Homebush/Strathfield area for a proper reformer pilates studio. I am so glad I found this one. All the instructors are professional and friendly. I’ve been seeing good change in my body too. Lots of parking available on the street and at Dan Murphy. A short walk to Burwood Station!
