I’ve been visiting this clinic at Ingle Farm for over five years, but unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. Recently, I had to cancel an appointment, following the proper procedure and keeping a record of it. However, when I arrived on the day of my rescheduled appointment, the receptionist was unprofessional and resistant, claiming another company had canceled the booking. As a result, I wasn’t allowed to see the doctor, despite having waited a long time for this appointment due to ongoing health issues. The level of service has significantly declined, and I no longer recommend this clinic. They’ve lost the values they once upheld, especially after their recent changes.

After 15 years of loyalty to this practice, my family and I left. Their obsession with expansion has cost them their ethics, values, and commitment to patient care. What was once a reliable, patient-focused practice has turned into a disorganized, impersonal, and money-driven business.

Excessive Wait Times: Booking an appointment means nothing here. Patients are routinely forced to wait over 1.5 hours, showing a complete lack of respect us.

Incompetent Administration: They can’t even handle the basics—documents are constantly sent incorrectly, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. I called 4 times once a referral and they sent the wrong thing. They were clueless and rude.

Nonexistent Communication: Trying to get in touch is a nightmare. Calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored.

Rude and Dismissive Staff: The warmth and professionalism that once defined this office are gone. Staff members are now rude, unhelpful, and seem irritated by even the simplest requests.

Rushed, Impersonal Care: When you do finally get seen, it’s clear they’re more focused on moving patients in and out than providing quality care. There’s no time for real engagement—it is just next.

Their new, fancy building may look impressive, but it came at the cost of patient care, integrity, and basic professionalism. It’s clear that profit is now their priority, and unfortunately, longtime patients like my family are the ones paying the price. A once-trusted practice has completely lost its way

I have found all staff on all levels to be very friendly and helpful.
The Doctors that I have seen are very professional, polite and friendly. Never had to wait more than ten minutes.

Have been having physio there now for several weeks with
Jahnavi Patel. She is caring, friendly, always on time and she has worked miracles on me. Can’t praise her enough.
Have recommended this clinic to several people who are equally happy as I am to continue coming.

I regret going to the doctor - I thought she’d give me some kind of treatment or at least helpful advice, but all she said was to drink lots of water and rest. And I ended up being charged around $80 (with a $40 rebate).

DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE.. go anywhere else. The receptionist is so rude to people especially Indians, the short rather large receptionist with glasses accused me of not paying for an appointment that was COVERED by Medicare. Spoke loudly so everyone could hear, Embarassed my wife and I. My son wasn't even allowed to be booked in for his 9 month vaccination. I offered to pay as it's a mistake and she demanded it be payed on the phone before she would book in the part 2 of his vaccination. I'd go back if she was GONE but until then I'll go to someone that speaks respectfully to people as she is just out to argue and carry on. I have spoken to others with similar experiences.

My daughter went to the after hours clinic and was reviewed by Dr Rifat.
Dr Rifat was very thorough and didn't rush the appointment. Very minimal waiting time and reception staff was lovely too.

If I could give 0 stars I would, last time I attended was over a year ago a doctor decided to pick on my weight. And the next visit I had a week later I was told I was completely fine and healthy?

Today my partner attended and waited 30 minutes and doctor refused to see him because he apparently had 2 outstanding payments for appointments he did not know of or booked. He only had enough to see a doctor TODAY and you were trying to take more from him.

No wonder our emergency rooms are always full when GP's do this.
