Pam is highly skilled and knowledgeable, I saw her during my entire 3rd trimester. One of the best pregnancy massages I’ve had. I just wish I found her earlier!
Rooms are very clean and inviting, Pam made sure I was comfortable with my belly by propping up pillows and wedges underneath. She worked on all my sore and tight areas. Highly recommend to anyone seeking an excellent massage therapist.

Pam is the best massage therapist I've seen. I have multiple joint and tendon issues and always come away pain free for at least the whole day, usually a few more depending on what I do afterwards. Can't recommend her more highly. Just an all round lovely person as well.

Very clean, punctual and accomodating to all clients. I had my appointment booked in with Pam and she is amazing !!! Booked in for a pregnancy massage not only did she make me feel safe, she made the massage very comfortable for me and Bub. Pam made sure I was comfortable and asked me throughout the duration of the massage if I was comfortable,cold / warm enough or in pain. It was nice that even at 32 weeks she could accomodate for me, make my muscles relax and relive some extra pain I had due to pregnancy. Excellent service will return and even can claim health fund with InFocus Recovery. Definitely recommend

Just finished my Pregnancy Massage session with Pam, and all I can say is WOW! She is an absolute pro and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable all throughout. She was amazing at recognising my problem spots and instantly relieved all the tension in my muscles. I absolutely recommend her services, as she is a natural at what she does.
