Today was my fifth visit to the Pharmacy, I came as usual to get some healthy products and as usual same person at the till, pharmacy is empty, it took me 10 seconds to get my stuff and get to the till to pay for it, the cashier went to check on shelves just when I arrived to pay, then it was another shopper who was looking around the shop, I ring the bell twice, nothing.

Went to look for the cashier she told me she is busy, so I was waiting and waiting, she came to the till and started looking at computer to find something, I’m still waiting, then I said can I pay, in angry voice she said can’t you see I’m busy, I said it will take you 10 seconds to put my items through, with absolutely anger she came and started putting my products through the till, I asked her if I had any points. She said I’m not going to check your points you already took time away from me, I’m not going do it again, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!

Absolutely disrespectful behaviour, no care for customer service, same, same, every time I come, angry customer service, not even looking at you when serving, lazy behaviour, don’t bother me, I’m not here to serve you! When is it going to change?

I have anxiety over going to this Chemist again!

I work in retail and really want to cut her some slack but she has taken it too far this time.

Am the only customer who she is going to drive away?

The head pharmacist is always very rude and uncooperative, I've waited in line for 20mins before he even asked what I needed, too then sit a further 20 mins. And on a separate occasion i call before making the trip for my medication and get a very aggressive no and an immediate hang up before I'd even had the chance too say thankyou.

Overall is not a pharmacy I would recommend for anything.

Spectacular shop; filled with unique and hard to find items.
A real pleasure for the health conscious, and for those looking for that special ingredient one can't find anywhere else.
The bulk section is really impressive and they also have a nice selection of organic ice-creams.
The staff and owners are really nice and very knowledgeable on all of their products.
I couldn’t believe it was also a chemist. It just kept getting better.
It will always bring me joy to shop here.

The BEST pharmacy in Toowong! Lovely helpful staff who are very kind and respectful, especially when a person is chronically ill. The variety of product is huge and at great prices. A++ Would definitely recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.

This is a great pharmacy. The Pharmacist took time to answer all my questions and was very kind. Its also relaxing and pleasantly quiet here, no disturbing music so you can actually concentrate on the products.
Prices are reasonable and lots of different products that others dont have.
