The best medical centre in Sydney! After calling several doctor’s offices and encountering numerous rude people on the phone, I was very shocked — especially as a German, where “hard people” is kind of norm. 😀 You can imagine how bad it must have been! Anyway, I was so relieved and happy to discover this place. From the very first moment when I called the Medical Centre, the receptionist listened to me carefully and with empathy. When I explained that my case was urgent, and I was in pain, she managed to schedule an appointment for me on the same day.

Afterward, a warm-hearted and very sympathetic nurse conducted the initial check-up, asking about my health history. Following that, I was seen by Dr. Siva Rajadurai, who was incredibly friendly and provided a thorough medical consultation, addressing the issue I was suffering from.

To the entire team: Thank You sooo Much! Your teamwork is exceptional, and every single member — from the receptionist to the doctor — deserves more than five stars. Keep up the amazing work! ♥️

I came here for an iron infusion and they were absolutely lovely. Nurse Emma was wonderful and easy to chat to while performing my infusion. The doctor came in and checked on me multiple times and everything was explained well to me.

I was passing through the area when I saw this general practice at 530pm on Friday. The staff are excellent. Dr Siva is an excellent doctor, and was nice enough to stay behind after the centre's closing time, and went over and beyond just giving one script as the staff said he would. He filled all of my scripts, even calling to get authority scripts, and offered himself to check my blood pressure, which I was worried about but didnt ask. His patients are really lucky to have him.

Dr Sharmila was so caring in examining our little baby boy. She was understanding of our anxieties as first time parents and gave us great medical advice on how to manage his symptoms.
