I can't fault the love and care my Dad and Mum had for their last 2 years on this earth.
The staff were amazing they were so patient with both of them. They both shared the same room together which was ideal.
I highly recommend Infinate care to look after your precious parent if you are lucky
Enough to get a placement. It takes away the worry that they won't get the care they need.Also a big thank you to Neenu. Amanda and all the others. And a big thank you to Vanessa from the coffee shop. She is a great listener. Again thank you all.

My elderley mother has been a resident of Infinite Care for 10 months, during which time her level of care needs has increased. The quality of nursing care is exceptionally good, residents are treated with respect, empathy, and cheerful attention. Meals are nutritious and appealing. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives, from my observation, are that nursing staff levels are inadequate, particularly on weekends. And the airconditioning control panel in my mother’s room, does not always function, that is, the heating mode is not available, only Fan and Cool modes can be selected. As elderly people tend to feel the cold, my mother’s comfort is sometimes compromised. However I rate Infinite Care highly, and place the nursing staff in the highest possible rating.

Infinite care pcws and rns are great I can't folt them it's head off stretching all the stuff thin to the point because of head office the clients are paying the price and head office doesn't care they won't the same work done but done by fewer people to save money until head office fix there act up the place is going to go down fasting then they can fix it the staff are leaving every few weeks because the staff are over putting up with head office and unless things change now the clients are going to keep suffering and head office has no to blame but them selves at the end of the day

My grandmother is currently a resident here and at first was really great when she first moved in July 2022 than August she had 2 falls due to not being monitored properly, she has also had clothes being taken, her own coat hangers and hankies being taken, and it’s not due to being washed as we take her stuff home twice a week to wash them , she was also charged for the tv $15.00 or so a month which she doesn’t use it for what she was being charged for , than we have come in numerous times and her brakes haven’t been on when she has been in her wheelchair and she has been left alone in her wheelchair , she has also been left for us to take her to the toilet and so forth than the other day we came up she has missing clothes agin as well coat hangers and her table is apparently broken and had not been replaced, until we complained and her water and phone is out of reach and it’s a 33 degree day with no water in reach .today we came up and her dvd and cd’s were missing she has 14 without cases? And has had dvds that aren’t in cases properly getting scratched and damaged. when that’s what staff are paid to do looking after the elderly people I’m their facility and make sure all there stuff is where it needs to be we keep check on all her stuff and aren’t impressed, what grandma pays to get done to live here and so forth , out of our experience here so far there are only five staff that seem to know what they are doing on her level and two receptionist that are always lovely !
