Judgemental and argumentative councellor, puts the blame back on the patients., you can feel the attitude from her. Also kept me waiting 15 mins on arrival. Only went there once, walked out after 40 mins of a 50 min session. Go practice your "brain butchery" on someone else !!!

Shame on you expecting ppl to pay for their consult 4 months in advance to bank roll your business. If your services are in such demand there’s no need to make ppl fork out $240 booking fee and not be able to claim until after the appointment. Do you make NTG pay upfront? Or are us mere mortals bank rolling your contracts. To top it off being “matched” to a provisional specialists means ppl with private health cover can’t claim the consultation and you don’t have HICAAPS. This is the only health services provider I’ve come across demanding full payment up front (exception being surgeries)
