I got the Brow Mapping, Wax and Tint. This is the first time in a long time that I have walked out of a Beauticians and been happy with the result. So happy I could have hugged them..lol. I am getting married this weekend so my expectations were quite high. They are extremely professional, friendly and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Always making sure I was happy. I highly recommend this Salon for any of your beauty needs. This was my first visit there and I will certainly be a repeat, ongoing customer of theirs.

Huge thanks to the amazing staff for their expertise and kindness! While visiting Newcastle, I booked a spray tan at this salon based on a recommendation. On the morning of my appointment, I woke up with a swollen eyelid and was worried, especially with a wedding coming up. The ladies went above and beyond, offering helpful advice to calm the irritation and even providing a soothing cream. Their care and professionalism truly made a difference—thank you so much!

Jayley delivered the most sensational Classic Facial.

Every time I come here there ladies are always amazing! I get waxing regularly and care is always taken with every appointment, the quality of wax is great and the staff are always knowledgeable. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful & always smells amazing! Highly recommend for waxing or other services 😊

Chantelle was fabulous. A lovely, friendly and relaxing presence during my treatments. My package included a massage, facial and pedicure and everything was so wonderful.

Had a Clasic Facial with Lilliana this afternoon, and was quite disappointed.
She didnt warn me that she was doing an oily head massage, but did prepared me for a hand massage, eg. taking off rings and bracelets etc. only to miss the hand massage completely, leaving me for quite some time ( no explanation) .
On leaving , i gave the voucher i had to pay which was for $125
I handed her another $20 , she asked for another $1.50 for card fees, so I handed her another $20 all in cash, which she was delight to receive? and she handed me back only $15
When I returned home I realized I had not used a credit card to incur any fees?
I would not return to Indulgence.
as I would not trust them now.
