Received excellent service from Joy and Nicole. Joy provided all the technical details about the lift chair I was looking at and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. The price was fantastic. Will be purchasing many other items here as needed.

Despite having a good selection of aides and products , customer service here was woeful.Slow in-store service and processing of an invoice and payment, and impossibly slow on organising and confirming delivery, poor communication, lots of sharing irrelevant complaints about systems failing and shifting blame to suppliers, being vague about dates, and then, when we did finally manage to sort out delivery, the staff failed to brief the delivery crew about the number of stair treads they would need to negotiate to deliver a heavy hospital be.
I don't know whether the fault lies with inadequate training or just hiring unsuitable personnel, but I cannot recommend this branch. Especially frustrating when purchases are being made on behalf of people who are frail or disabled.
