Worst company ever.After sales warranty service is abysmal, takes months for them to contact you after you leave message after message for warranty work to be carried out . They only replied to my many many many calls after I lodged an NCAT tribunal hearing against the company.
(Court hearing with consumer affairs about their very dodgy business practices) STEAR CLEAR OF THEM.

Got some equipment delivered for my post-op. Called asking to pick it up on a Wednesday. They said it was all booked in, no one arrived. Have called and called, no answer. Got a message on Friday that it would be delivered the following Monday. Called again, no answer. Don’t use this company.

I recently visited the Prospect store to purchase some items for my Mum. Samantha Beebar served me. She was very polite and friendly, extremely helpful and offered excellent customer service, which left a very good and lasting impression! Thank you so much Samantha!

I hired a breast pump from March - August online. I just loved the easy process, quick delivery and pick up and always communicating, the driver double checking to see if I'm home, and altering his route to fit our schedule (which he didn't have to do!)
Thank you so much, would highly recommend ILS.

Either they don't have enough staff to call you back or they don't care. We left 4 messages to ask about our delivery to no avail. Maybe our walker will arrive at Christmas
