Trying to source the part for my REVO 2.0. 4 phone calls later and told to go else where. Jennifer was very polite and understanding. Rachel on the other hand was very rude and obnoxious. She insisted that their serviceman had to come out. Asked what the service fee was and the responses was is it NDIS? SO wrong!
I totally accept that Wholesalers need to go through their agents. But failure to provide service is not OK.
Very poor form. Beware of money grabbing.

The lovely staff are very helpful and have gone over & above to fix an issue with our electric bed. They have also been wonderful with sourcing a suitable electric lift chair for me. They are definitely my go-to place for mobility aids.
