Impact claims to offer a wide range of support, but I have yet to see them offer anything that could be considered a modicum of help.
They only care about ticking a box and kicking you out and cutting you off.
Explanation of Personal circumstance is met with dismissiveness and condescension.
They are personally and or systematically incapable of providing meaningful support, needs reform.
I wanted to like this service, and I wanted to get more community support out of it.
The last time I visited a power bored was just swimming in Coca-Cola.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mrs Gay Wilson if you’re looking to study Disability Support. She is passionate about the industry and provides a fun and efficient face to face learning environment. She has made the entire course easy to understand and offered any type of support we could possibly need. Whether that was technical support with laptops, or to have a chat and check in on us, Gay has done it all. I really appreciate how quickly we were able to work through each unit, while getting real life insights from Gay’s own lived experience working in the support industry. Applying to study in Gay’s class was the best decision I ever made for myself. She has given me the knowledge, confidence and tools to now thrive in my current support role. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As an immigrant from Sri Lanka trying to navigate the job market in Australia, the process can feel daunting at times. I'm not personally with impact but my partner is and this morning the absolute horrible comments one of the staff made to him on the phone as his asked impact to help financially with fixing his car she replied well I've never been in that situation before and when another bank he told her that her comment had been heard by a member of public and they thought her comments were quite disgraceful she said changed her attitude however the hurt was already there impact I find a very very incompetent in their work their phone calls their interaction with the people that are doing their best to find work.. my partner did finish on a bit of a high when he asked her how do l get to a job on you've broomstick

I did a refresher course with this Company. The trainer was exceptional and all of the other staff were amazing and welcoming.

Absolutely disgraceful they’re not here to help anyone but themselves they’re 100% a profit organisation They don’t book in courses for the Young generation to get work, they help with Literally nothing, they never answer their phone. They hang up on you. I waited for a call all day from them To speak about my work problems And she literally waited until one minute before they closed then rang my phone It rang once before she ended it cause didn’t want to speak. Every single worker I have met there has been amazing! So friendly, nice and helpful. I don't know what I'd do without an organisation like this. The actual building seems fairly old but the workers have tried to make it look nice and inviting.
