I found docotor Tom welcoming and engaging. Extremely lovely and very professional. However my experience was weakened by the professionalism of the receptionists. The two ladies were very abrupt and rude. They were extremely short with their responses. Very unfortunate to have the first impression to customer by the two ladies at the counter. Both ladies conducted themselves with the impression of not wanting to be at work. Disappointing.
The sign on the front counter regarding poor behaviour towards staff member is very appropriate as the receptionists will provoke said behaviour from customers.

Seemed like a good place to go and initial contact was friendly. However later on visiting, tests and consultation was very rushed. Felt I was not listened to well when describing my condition, making incorrect assumptions. Also made to feel embarrassed by a couple of tests, with one test also causing unnecessary pain. Overall, I found them unprofessional and not patient concerned, more like solely a business-numbers game to them.

Had a shocking experience dealing with this lot! No follow up as promised and lied to employer about communication with me. Would not recommend this service for pre employment medical.

Spoke with Dr. Kevin, one of the doctors for a telehealth conference. He was punctual, switched on, knew what he was talking about and identified the problem almost immediately that multiple other doctors in the past have entirely failed to identify and told me to 'just deal with it'.

Only wish he was closer to where I live, I'd make him my go-to primary GP in a heartbeat.
