Great service! forgot to add a test and sent them an email on Sunday afternoon. Received a response within an hour and had the additional test added to my account, paid for though their portal and results were available the next day.

Pretty poor. Its been just under two weeks and I still haven't received the results of my tests. When I contacted iMedical, Chris flat out lied and said it was a 'complex' test which would take two weeks to deliver. A quick internet search proved this to be wrong which he acknowledged when I pulled him up on this. While it's great that I don't have to go to a GP for results. The utility of having to wait for 2 weeks means that the results are basically out of date by the time ill receive the results. Would have been better value for money to go through my GP. I would not recommend this service at all.

Simple easy way to order bloods. Chris is always responsive and helpful. Results always come back so quickly (always way quicker than going through GP!)

Avoid the bureaucracy (ofc see the doc if abnormal results) of having to see a doctor to get the form, go back to the doctor for a fasting test, then go back again to get the results. Got blood taken at 9am, got the results back 4pm same day. Awesome.

I could not recommend this service highly enough. I had my blood tests done in the morning and had the result emailed to me that afternoon. I will definitely continue using this to monitor my hormone levels moving forward. Very easy to use and no arguing with the doctor to try and get a copy of the results for my on records.
