I-MED Westmead is, hands down, one of the best radiology clinics we've ever been to. The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, especially the MRI team. I want to give a special shout-out to Sue, who has been consistently amazing. She's warm, fast, and highly professional, a true standout!

My wife and I have visited this clinic multiple times for various scans, including X-ray, CT, and MRI, and every visit has been smooth and pleasant. The clinic itself is very clean, well-organised, and supports a wide range of radiology services.

We drive about 40 minutes to get there, but we choose to do so every time because the service and care we receive here is truly worth it. Thank you to the entire I-MED Westmead team for making each visit so easy and reassuring!

I went for a an abdomen and pelvic CT scan. My first time ever doing one. I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. Young gentlemen Jake did an outstanding job of walking me through everthing calmly including making a quick judgement about switching arms when the vein was not clear. It made all the difference in a situation where I was apprehensive. Really appreciate the professionalism and expertise but also the empathy and care factor.
Reception was also really good in accepting me as a walk in and trying to get me in earlier.

Refused to give me films of my scan but gave me a cd instead. Cardiologist threw in bin as his computer does not have cd player and told me they have to give the films if I request as I Have paid for it .

This is the worst radiology practice I have been to in the past 30 years. Very disappointing and frustrating. I was told that my GP will have the reports after 48 hours but 7 days later there is still no sight of the reports. I made a wasted trip to my GP at the expense of the tax payer. My GP rings them for the report and they have no answer. I was sent a link to the scan images and it has the wrong images too. Not very experienced and professional sonographers either. The quality of work here is appalling and questionable. The quality of pictures and details in the scan are very bad and I suspect that is why the radiologists are not able to report even after one week. This reflects very badly on the Australian Healthcare industry and its standards.I will definitely not go back here again. NEVER EVER.

I had my MRI scan 10 days before with proper doctor referral and they haven’t prepared the reports yet. I have been following them 2-3 times but getting answers that not yet ready. I am not sure how much time they need to provide the reports as I can see they don’t care about the pain patient carrying once they received the payment. My doctor also waiting for the reports to suggest further treatment. I won’t recommend I-MED instead look for other providers.

Waited on the phone for more than 15 mins to book an appointment. Never got through. Online booking does not upload all referrals. Useless.

Scan was relatively done well - the only feedback I would have is don’t ask for patients to come 30 minutes earlier to the appointment…waited beyond 1.5 hours past appointment time.

They apologised for the wait, the cherry on top, the website says there have parking there - when I get there it’s only 30 minutes free? Why would you get patients to come 30 minutes earlier, if the charge occurs after 30 minutes….Is this a ploy to drive up parking revenue?

Excellent rare service
I was booked to have an ultrasound of my urinary tract. I was distressed having a full bladder which was noticed by the receptionist Noor and she immediately notified the team. This is a very rare insight in which the receptionist has a view outside her desk and able to respond to the team
The sonographer was very professional, gentle and very patient
