Technical services were good and the staff were kind and professional. However the company invoiced me twice for the same service. Without realising I paid twice. I rang the accounts department to complain that the company should not issue an invoice for an account that had already been paid. The accounts person didn't listen at first and then said things that were patently wrong - like the date the invoice is sent is the date of the invoice. I have 3 invoices and they all have the same date which was the date the service was provided almost a month prior. The radiologists that own this company make millions a year but still send invoices for accounts that have already been paid. Would they have refunded the money if I hadn't noticed?

The young lady who helped me was just wonderful. I don't remember her name but I hope I get her again. My CT scan was a little bit different this time and she went above and beyond to sort out for me

The staff were very respectful and catered for my physical difficulties. They made sure I was aware of the noise experienced with the MRI. I was seen very promptly and all very ‘painless’.

My mother attended this practice yesterday (04-09-24) obviously worried and stressed about her PET scan and was greeted by an English woman who was extremely rude and abrupt. I would think that in this line of business she would have some empathy and a little compassion. We will not be attending here for any further scans and would not recommend anyone else going here!!!!!!

Misleading information! I-MED sites bulk bill for a general xray (chest), not this one. I can only think they are price gouging coz they're inside the Private Hospital. Shame on you I-MED.

Horrifically overpriced. $110 for a chest X-ray AFTER Medicare with a specialist referral is absolutely price gouging. Additionally, when I'm told an X-Ray requires no appointment, I arrived an hour before my specialist appointment on a Monday afternoon (fewer than 5 people in the waiting room). Even then, it STILL took over an hour to get an X-ray done. To top it all off, I get multiple SMS messages asking for payment, to an online portal that won't allow sign-ins (the password reset is broken), and I have to resort to calling an automated phone system that won't take payments without an account number i-Med never provided on the SMS. It then takes over 30 minutes on hold to get through to a receptionist so I can finally pay for 3 chest X-Ray scans ($330 total) that should have been bulk billed for. The charges are simply because patients have no other option for a required scan to get discharged from the Wesley Hospital. Such a waste of valuable time and money and a completely insufferable customer service and payment experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

22.05.2024. Day time. Was attending with a patient and the woman (long hair, looks like extensions, strange yellow/orange colour..possible home job) who came to greet him was disgustingly rude. The worst bedside manner imaginable. She was very snappy and not able to smile..perhaps it was the botox or she was just having a bad day.

Later in the hall I heard her making fun of a poor elderly man saying "oh out of breath buddy". He explained politely that he has emphysema and she replied with "oh cool" and charged off forcing him to try to follow her at immense speeds. What a cow!!

She was speaking very rudely throughout the day, Yes I was watching as I was in the vicinity.

I would terminate her employment immediately if I were you Imed. People are sick and sometimes old and often very nervous during these visits. You MUST be kind and caring, if you can't. Then DO NOT be around people, especially the vulnerable.
