Poor service from I-MED. They direct you to book online (complete misnomer) which is not a booking service but essentially a registration service so that they can call you to make the actual booking.
They never called back... After 10 days waiting for their call decided to call them direct..surprise surprise, no appointments available in the time period I needed.

I visited for a slightly invasive scan. The tech was so nice, explained everything and repeatedly checked in on me. It just made my experience more pleasant for something that can be uncomfortable. They told me my scans would be available in a week but I got them the following day straight to my email.

I visited 8 days ago and was told the report would take 48 hours. Later told two working days when I first called them. On a later call was told a week. The report has still not with my GP. I have had to cancel 3 appointments and am now heading out of town for 2 weeks. I was hoping to have started treatment to reduce the pain and discomfort I am experiencing. When I called again yesterday they could not give me a time frame, only it could be longer. But now it doesn't matter. I just have two weeks of pain and discomfort to look forward to.

Left me hanging on so long the practice actually closed without answering. Suspect this was not because they were busy but a strategy for the last half hour.
Very annoying and nor good customer service.

Lovely tidy reception. It took me over 20 minutes to have my phone call answered. I was ringing to see whether I needed to book for my scan or not, so it was not great to have to wait that long to speak to someone. My radiographer, Jane, was brilliant and can't fault the service (after my phone call was answered)

The service I received was so considerate and caring. I have never had such a good experience with a medical procedure. I highly recommend this place. I had two biopsies on my neck which is not a nice thing to experience but it was made bearable by the wonderful support I received. The procedure and options were clearly explained. Would recommend to anyone.

Lachlan performed my wife’s 20 week scan and he is by far the best ultrasound tech we have had during all three of our pregnancies. He was great at explaining everything as we went and making the gender a surprise for us at the end. Will definitely return to this clinic in future.
