I have been in and out of I-Med Thuringowa-Riverway numerous times during the past three years. It is always a pleasant experience. Never a long wait, but then I make my appointments a bit later after the rush wherever possible. All the staff are courteous, polite and very professional. Every one of them always making sure that I am comfortable.

All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. We were visiting the area and and my son needed an X-ray, and the report done ASAP as we were headed home the next day... They were all so lovely, amazingly helpful, pushed through the X-ray and report, sent it to our home Dr for follow ups. Just wonderful service. Thank you all soo much!

We have arrived to do an X-ray after doctor’s appointment. There was only 3 people ahead of us and been told it won’t take long. 6 people or more came after us and was seen before us. We were waiting for 1-2hours and the receptionist kept putting people who came after us infront because they said they had work or other reasons. It should be first in first serve. We also had other appointments and commitments. After confronting the receptionist and asking why she had no answer. We just left and took our referrals else where. Definitely not coming back.

I had my dating scan, first trimester and second trimester scans with Imed. They explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions, and put my anxiety at ease. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, from reception to ultrasound technicians I can not fault a thing. You get private patient care without the $$$
