I have been to I-MED Redbank Plains several times & have been quite amazed at how quickly you receive treatment, with no long waiting times. Both the reception & radiology staff have always been pleasant & helpful with any questions I have had. I love that a copy of the images are sent to my phone, & at times even the report. I would highly recommend them to family, friends, or anyone in need of the services they offer.

Wow the staff when calling up are so damn rude and so snarky and have attitude why work somewhere in customer service if you don’t know how to be nice and polite. Seems I’m not the only one who has a bad experience with this place
