My first appointment was changed to 1 ½ hrs earlier without notifying me until day before in confirmation email - not happy about this as did not notice and was consequently unable to have scan on same day as x-ray. Next appointment reception could not find drs referral which had been sent by sms. Had 4 visits instead 2 as a result. Service very good when finally got in

The phone lines are a nightmare, I’ve had to wait on hold for over 40 minutes more than once, but when I did eventually get through the staff were kind and informative. I had a brain MRI done and the reception and radiology staff were friendly, they were on time and the process was really smooth, for which I am very grateful. Getting scans can be very anxiety inducing for many people, so friendly staff makes a world of difference. Thank you team

Booking process is a masterclass in frustrating people to the point that they stop trying. You email, only to be told to call to make an appointment, only for the voice recording to tell you to email again. Clinical care is fine but the booking process is a joke

I sent two emails requesting an appointment and never got a response (despite getting an auto generated email response saying I would get a call). I then went to see them in person and was given a appointment, written on a piece of paper. I never received email confirmation of this, despite again being promised this. If their medical services are of the same quality as their booking service then don't touch them

The Ultrasound Technician was very kind and friendly and put me at ease. Booking (online) was very simple. Had to wait a little bit but very common in my experience with most medical appointments and allowed extra time. Once in the Technician was very prompt but also very thorough. I would go back and recommend

10 stars for the friendly assistance of Farshid at RPAH today. After filling out some paperwork and feeling anxious I got a friendly and reassuring welcome from Farshid. He ran through the MRI process and communicated with me throughout the process. So rather than feeling anxious I felt very relaxed. Kim was also great as was the doctor and the girl at the font desk. Thank you very much for your kindness today.

Fantastic professionals who are great at their jobs, & actually do their jobs! Thanks for helping diagnose my injured ankle, which the hospitals emergency room couldn't/wouldn't do!! Refreshing to have wonderful people at the helm. Friendly, helpful staff, and just a nice place to have your medical imagery or scans done! Also, you have access to your records or scan results very quickly, it's such an organised medical imagery business.

It was my first time getting an MRI done today and I was a little anxious. The receptionist explained everything very well and the male radiographer (sorry i forgot his name) was so professional and caring. He made me feel very comfortable and should be commended for his patient care.
