Just be aware that this mob is as likely to cause further harm.
I was injured at work, and was required to have multiple xrays done on multiple occasions.
After receiving bill after bill, and even after telling them it was workers compensation, then telling one of their representatives over the phone the bills should be redirected to my employer for them to claim and pay, they sent me text messages warning me they were about to refer me to a collection agency.
After speaking to them again, they suggested I contact my employer and sort it out myself.
This isn't a company that cares about their patients. It's just a shame there's no alternative.
This is what happens when we privatise everything.

Now I get to hand this off to my solicitor so I can sue someone else.

I generally go to IMED for every scan of my pregnancy which is very satisfied, but when I have gone for 37 weeks scan it was an horrible experience that i never expected because the practitioner or technician is very rude and i felt very upset with his behaviour towards us. My husband asked something and he annoyed to answer and he was rude with my 5 year old son too. We dint even had a chance of hearing our baby heartbeat. And before I try to wake up from bed he left suddenly, I really don't know what made him to behave like that with us. Front staff is good, felt not with of my scan which i spent $239.90 for 2 minutes scan.

Only giving it a one star as I don’t have an option for none. Absolutely the worst service we have ever received. Ultrasound technician was horribly rude. We have concerns due to miscarriages and a bleed the day before and the ultrasound was on my belly for less than 20 seconds. No explanations, no photos and didn’t get to hear the heart beat because he preferred not to do it. No questions were explained, but we were told “I know how to do my job”. For an expecting mother with previous losses, the worst experience. We complained and were given another time for a repeat, then when we arrived they said no. Told they tried contacting us but never did.

Absolutely horrified and will never use their services again.

Came here for chest xray.

Front desk staff is nice. A little waiting but overall it was good experience. There isn't enough parking here. It's better to park on road and walk.

Came here with a referral to ultrasound my right wrist. My 20 second consultation focused on the left wrist. When I questioned this he said he liked to ultrasound both to "compare". He then proceeded to charge me double for looking at both wrists.

Warm courteous Dr.and staff. A bit disappointed that there was no pillow case on the pillow. Very uncomfortable lying on plastic.

Receptionist are incompetent and the radiographers were complaining about how overworked they are, also the nurses seemed a bit unstable.
