Lovely people, very professional. The placement student did a fabulous job and there was no fuss about the teaching aspect. Really quick reception time and nice people!! Would recommmend. Definitely the best i-Med out there 🙂

This thursay was my second visit to imed long jetty , i would just like to say how caring ,professional
EVERYONE was, as we all know
Having scans etc can be stressful at times . FRom the moment you walk in front door the staff were calm and happy, and right through my visit everyone treated you as a person and made my experience

I called to make an xray appt for my child 35min before close, and was told the xrays are walk-in with no booking needed. I asked if it was busy right then and if possible to do it shortly (seeing that it would close shortly, so not surprised if they said to try another day), and was told it's not busy at all and to come right in. I quickly got the child in the car and arrived within 10-15min after calling only to be told by the receptionist that no radiologist is there and I had to come another day. Infuriating

I had an ultrasound with a technician that needs to not work with pregnant ladies. She put me down all the time I was there, make me feel embarrassed for being pregnant or I don't know what her intentions were but clearly she has 0 patient care skills. I didn't even walked on the door properly and she asked me what was I thinking to be pregnant again because I have twins already. She performed an internal ultrasound pretty rough aswell. She then yelled out loud to all the patients in the reception area to come and see and touch my babies (the twins) and saying that I am expecting another baby. Where is my privacy ? This is not how a patient should be treated. Also she was speaking about hating the idea of being pregnant and that she won't have any babies. She clearly has no empathy, patient care or passion for her job. She also touched my babies with unwashed hands and without asking for permission. This is not right and I hope it won't happen to any other pregnant woman.

The process of viewing your scans needs a great deal of TLC. Despite being sent access codes, the system refuses to let me access my scans. It keeps on asking for my DOB despite entering numerous times correctly .The old saying KISS is obviously not applicable these days!
