The receptionists were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. My appointment started right on time, which was great.

I was here for a pelvic ultrasound, and Ms. Lau (I think her name was Michelle) was amazing! I was really nervous about the procedure, but she was so kind and professional that it wasn't awkward at all. She's a great addition to the team

The whole process was so smooth. You can easily book online with your preferred time and date.
The technicians are great. I had a beautiful women Armani and she was super professional, easy to talk and listen to and was so comforting.
If you have an appointment the wait time is way less than other places. I waited maybe 5 mins if even that.

The receptionist who did all the admin work was also lovely, she was thorough, friendly, and professional and explained the process super friendly manner. I didnt catch her name but she was an Australian women with blond/ brown hair.

I attended 21/2 around 11:30 am

Very helpful staff who are professional but also very caring
I have a disability and had a recent operation and it was hard for me to move They were very understanding and made sure that I could lie down to have the scans done

Excellent service. Fast and efficient reception. The lady doing the scan was thorough and very professional. Got the results the next day. Recommended to all and will visit this branch again.
