Agree with everyone - can't even get through on the phone. Sat on hold for an hour x 3 days. no one answers the phone. How are you suppose to make an appointment for MRI. Absolutely dreadful service. A disgrace sort yourself out.

What a shet customer service. You dont answer your phones. After dealing with Savages for 23 years your service is absolute rubbish. 33 minutes on the phone one day is rubbish followed by 10 minutes a second day. Why would you deal with this rubbish company

Hope less .customer servive hopeless.
I had to have a mri...brain..as i am.very ill. Was told a loas of garbage,,all i wanted was to book a mri...pretty straigh foward...but not with this company...so back to the specialisr for a new referal to a better supplier..
Never again.

They let me in about 45 minutes late for my ultrasound and it was torture considering I had to have full bladder! 45 minute wait on full bladder and there were like 2 people there besides me

This is supposed to be the corporate head office of the I-med network. All one gets when one calls is a message that 'a person' is not available and 'leave a message'?
