I had a pelvic ultrasound today and want to feed back that the gentleman that performed my scan was lovely. Very professional, and explained every step of the process. In a situation that can be daunting and awkward, he ensured I felt comfortable the entire time.

I had a cortisone injection in my knee yesterday. Completely on time, professional and informative. My knee feels much better and it’s only been 24hrs! Thank you staff and especially Dr Steve!!

I am a little disappointed that the only place that was available for an appointment charged a gap fee of $110 otherwise it was not until mid December/early January before I could get an appointment else where. Changed my appointment time the day before and didn't contact me to make sure it was okay and would not validate my parking card when their car park was full.
The gentleman John who conducted my appointment was very knowledgeable and was wonderful to have. The reception were also very friendly and welcoming.

Can not get a phone call from Sally ... Coffs Harbour ...to arrange a PET scan for my husband. Nearly 3 weeks since the request. No response to my phone calls. If Coffs Harbour can not do the scan give me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know. I am so disappointed.
