The front receptionists Dee and Donna are well mannered and treated me and those in the waiting room with respect and empathy. The new renovations really make the place stand out! Will be recommending this place to my family!!

Welcome was really friendly and informative.
Waiting time (15 min.) more than acceptable.
Procedure itself (X-ray) was done in a professional manner and the friendly nurse was explaining clearly. For that q rated 5 stars.

My wife had a CT scan yesterday. The technician was so friendly and nice. She noticed something she wasn’t happy with on the scan and got straight on to the dr there to see if she needed to do something more, which she did. The referring Dr had the results very quickly. Well done to the technician for her observation skills.

I was served by Angela and Dee and can not fault them. They were both friendly and welcoming. Their customer service was excellent and I was even offered a chocolate! Having scans done is always daunting however these two ladies made the experience so much better. I will definitely be having all of my scans here from now on!

The lady who did my ultra sound was very polite and was very clear on her instructions to me it was a very comfortable and pleasant atmospheres to be in thanks. Also the receptionist lady was also a very nice happy person as well what a positive work environment that place has great to see thanks

I had a recent CT done here and I am thoroughly impressed with the services I received. The receptionist with blue hair, I think her name was Dee is absolutely wonderful. I'll be coming back just for her as she made me feel so welcome and comfortable in her clinic. The tech who scanned me, unfortunately I do not remember their name, made sure I felt safe and wasn't in any pain while my scan was being done and it was all billed to medicare which was wonderful. I was even offered a chocolate at the end of my scan.
Thank you to the team at Hasking Street for going above and beyond. I've been coming here for 10 years and I definitely won't stop now.
