Just booked an appointment online, received a text that it's over $230. Cant respond to the email to cancel appointment, can't leave a message, recorded message states the phone lines get inundated, online booking page won't let me cancel the appointment.

It was my first time at I-MED, the staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. I was in and out in about 15-20 mins. The X-rays and report were finalised and sent to my referring doctor the following business day. I'm very happy with the service I received 😀

I can seen why once again the GP (not the only one) has said to not go to IMED and to use anyone else.

X-ray of hand undertaken 17/10/2023 at 9:53am AEST. It's now 19/10/2023 at 3:45 pm AEST and still NO REPORT! EDIT: Now at 7:05am on 20/10/2023 and still no report despite email to customer service yesterday. EDIT: Report finally released at 10:40am on 20/10/2023 and finger is broken! Urgent surgery was undertaken where screws were placed in to rectify the break so it wasn’t a little fracture either

That is ridiculous, we won't be returning or recommending IMED to our colleagues and friends for their patients or family members. But in discussions, its shown that many already know what this company is like.

They also don't bulk bill anymore which is fine BUT if you expect patients to pay for a service then provide a service worth paying for!

I can’t rate I Med at the friendlies high enough. In the last 8 weeks I have had so many tests from CT to MRI’s and all the staff have been so professional.
The extra level of care and support has been amazing, as someone who suffers anxiety and claustrophobia they have done everything to reassure me.
On a contrast CT scan they acknowledge my allergic reaction previously and took every precaution to ensure my safety. Thank you to the staff I am very appreciative ☺️
