I took my 7-month-old for a CT scan, and the experience was wonderful. The receptionists, staff and radiographers were all so lovely, kind, and well-prepared for her appointment. The best medical care I’ve ever received. I had a MRI of the brain and had a nurse Adele looking after me the entire time. I had sedation because I was extremely nervous and they made me feel so cared for and I didn’t feel uncomfortable about how I felt.

Thank you to the staff, and in particular Dr Stephen, from I-MED Buderim for making me feel so comfortable at my recent ultrasound appointment. Dr Stephen was courteous, so attentive and made sure throughout my entire appointment to check in and make sure I was managing okay. I wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation to the staff at I-Med Buderim who helped me access my daughters images. We had some issues and their patience and persistence was amazing. They were so friendly, helpful and caring. Corinne in particular was simply incredible and even called me the following day to ensure everything was OK. Fantastic care at iMed Buderim on Tues 12/12/23. Needed an MRI and a bone density scan. Lucy was lovely and so kind doing my bone density scan and Luke was brilliant at cannulating me for my MRI - I am a big chicken and was very apprehensive not having had an MRI ever before. Luke was so good and explained everything to me and checked in during my procedure several times to make sure I was OK. Thank iMed! Your staff are wonderful and I won’t be going anywhere else! Biggest thanks to everyone at iMed Buderim who made this possible including the very patient reception staff!

Absolutely fabulous, kind careful and gave me good insight so I felt safe it was a ling MRI and uncomfortable but they checked in regularly at intervals. Great stuff thanks
