After booking online myself I get there an hour and a half early as I know the waiting times can be long. Then I was told my appointment was for 10 am not 12pm. The confirmation email stated that my appointment was for 12pm and they still told me sorry u will have to make another appointment as they were fully booked.

My own two previous scans here have been great. However booked a scan for my toddler. When we got the appt (15 mins early like advised) we were told that there were 5 walk ins before us and that it would be a long wait. Unfortunately we couldn't wait so incredibly disappointed that making a booking seems pointless.

I have been going to Albany Creek IMed for a few years now & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If your wanting exceptional service either with reception staff or the professional staff than look no further. Shout out to Dr Mc Car for being gentle, caring with cortisone injections & Olivia the practice manager for always being bubbly, polite, friendly & professional. Next time if you are needing a scan, Xray, or injection, make your booking at IMed Albany Creek.

Absolutely fantastic experience, everyone was polite, respectful and professional.
The Ogripher (Wendy) was very understanding and explained the process perfectly and was exceptionally good when administering the injection for the cannula.
