I dont often post reviews, however my recent visit to Imaging Sippy Downs was so positive - and upon reading that they are a family owned business, I felt it necessary to acknowledge their amazing service.
Not only did reception fit me in at short notice, but the clinical staff were so kind, compassionate and professional. Dr Langford took time to explain everything clearly to me with a little humour which was reassuring, and they had my report back to my GP by 9am the next morning.

I recently had a scan at this facility and was pleasantly surprised by their efficient and user-friendly booking system. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. What was particularly impressive was that the scan was bulk billed, which was a nice surprise. Furthermore, the ultrasound results were sent to my GP much quicker than I expected. I appreciated being able to have a phone consultation to discuss and be relieved of my results promptly. I am extremely thankful to the team and will definitely be recommending this practice to my friends and family.

Can Highly Recommend Imaging Sippy Downs 🙂👍
After a referal from my GP this morning,
I got an appointment at 3pm the same day and was out at 3-15 after receiving a Cortisone injection which was incredibly convenient as I took the day off work.
From the friendly receptionists to the doctor who did the procedure (sorry...forgot his name 😔)
