My husband had ultra sound today and there was some misunderstanding and miss communications between us and administration staff. I got a call from the administrator and said you run away without paying, that wasn’t a good word run away. It was there miss communication between them but she wasn’t nice when she rang. Sorry we can afford the fee but it’s your fault, and don’t speak like that. I think you need some more customer service training. I did that job in a hospital for 30 years in NZ and never any issues with patients. Treat all people the same please.

I had a CT scan there a week ago – the report has not yet been sent to my doctor in spite of three inquiries. My condition is getting more painful but we can't do anything until they send the report to my doctor. I was assured emphatically on the day that it would be there by the time my Doctors appointment was due several days ago otherwise I would have not wasted time and the doctors time by going. When I got there fully expecting to be able to get an appointment for an operation he had not received it. If I had had to pay for that doctors visit I would've been considerably out of pocket but as it was it was the taxpayer who was out of pocket.
I just hope that this slack service does not cost me healthwise, but as it is, if I have to have another CT scan any time or anything of that sort I will not be going back to Deception Bay radiology

Had my ultrasound today and it was on time , even earlier than scheduled. Very pleased with my overall experience , the receptionist was amazing, very friendly and helpful, you feel really welcomed. thank you

Excellent customer care and support . Being a health care professional myself and going through so many different imaging organisations I found IQ Radiology at Deception Bay to be the best out of all other health providers in context to ultrasound and other imaging services.

Lauren was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and performed all the necessary procedures efficiently and effectively. Lovely personality and outstanding staff. The most valuable part was on both days my appt time was not delayed and spot on time without any problems or delay. My heartfelt gratitude and appreciation goes to all the staffs at IQ radiology but my sincerest thanks to staff member Lauren.

Need to cancel an appointment but, they never answer the phones, eMails and there's no option to cancel or reschedule on the website.

Told me they would do a preapproval for Medicare and would call me if it wasn't approved. No call in over a week and waited for me to show to my appointment to tell me I wasn't approved and would need to pay an extra $250!! Pathetic business model.
