Imaging associates refusing to give clients a copy of their MRI reports once completed is not ok. Staff were contacted several times over the phone and refused. This is against the law.

Cannot praise the staff enough. I have needed to return several times for scans and xrays. One of the staff remembered me and my problem and supported me more than I could have expected. Best service of this type I have ever visited and I'm in my 60s

I would have no hesitation what ever in highly recommending this practice. Their staff are fantastic, so respectful and very obliging. The technicians are punctual, explain the process well and nothing is a bother in their attempts to assist you. The practice is clean, very professional and immediately puts you at ease. After seeing my local GP for the results and making an appointment with the specialist I had to phone IA up and ask for the MRI scans for the specialist. Not a problem, they downloaded them to a disk and mailed them out to me.

One of the worse facilities I ever been to. I got an appointment and was late by 10 min due to traffic, however, I noticed them that I am running late due to traffic, still canceled my appointment. I explained them I am 21.5 week for my 20 week scanning. But no hope at all. Poor customer support.

Came from Wodonga yesterday. It took 40 minutes to be seen after I arrived but the place is updated and the staff is helpful. I would return if I need to in the future. Just a far travel is all. I would recommend visiting if you are considering it though. No where in my local area was willing to do the scan until mid May and wanted to charge me for it. I needed it done sooner and the lady I spoke to on the phone was more than accomadating and willing to help ✨️
