I visited Image by Laser 2 months ago and I left the session with burn marks all over my body (refer to image). It was the most painful laser experience I’ve ever had and left me with scars that I still have over 9 weeks later. I requested them for a refund for my future sessions and they said they refuse to refund me and I can use my “prepaid treatments” to get injectables or skin treatments. As a darker skinned client who went in for a service and was left with burns all over my body I think not refunding your client especially after burning them is unacceptable as I do not feel comfortable to ever go back and have lost trust with the brand. Nor do I desire spending close to $1000 on “skin treatments” and just simply wanted the remainder of my un- used money refunded. As someone who has had laser for over 7 years with other companies, the lack of professionalism, care for clientele and attention to how certain skin colours can be affected by laser negatively made this is the most horrible laser experience of my life. They just want your money- they don’t care if you get burnt and end up with permanent scars on your body!

Great Hair Laser Removal result! I had been going to Image by Laser Brisbane North since April this year. So glad that I picked this place. On my first session I was very nervous as it was my first time, but Lexi is very friendly and accommodating. She's fantastic and great on what she's doing! Very kind. Great service each time I go. I am so happy with the result of my hair removal and it look so much better now. Great products as well. Highly recommend 😊

I had my underarm laser appointment today at 11:45, i was there by 11:52, staff member told me that as I am late she have to reschedule my appointment to 2:45pm or 4:45 as they are fully booked, i agreed to 2:45 . I was outside sitting in my car all 3 staff members were still inside the counter, I haven’t seen any other clients in the clinic, i went inside to buy some products still didn’t see any clients, that’s really make me feel sad and frustrated as I am a regular client had all my previous laser treatments and skin needling and mesopeal from here never happened like that before i was always on time, i live in South side so I always drive all the way to this clinic as i like there services, really disappointed after today. I went back again at 2:35 as my appointment was at 2:45 so waited there until 2:50 for my session, it was only a 5 min job, because of all this trouble i was stuck in traffic when I was coming back home for nearly 2 hours, waste my whole day. I guess its the time to find another better place where you cannot be treated like that.

As it was my First ever treatment. the treatment felt super rushed to me and missed most of the problem areas that I was having for acne for extraction after it is was talked about in consult and in the details. Probably won’t be back.

This is my first treatment with this studio but not my first laser tattoo treatment. I heard through word of mouth that the Aspley image by laser are amazing with tattoo removal. The person wasn’t wrong. Missy was informative and fantastic. I hardly felt the laser thanks to all her preparation. Highly recommended. I’m not at all concerned about my next appointment. In fact I’m looking forward to it.

Both my daughter and I have been using this clinic for years. My hair has been completely removed, and my teenage daughter is a a maintenance stage. The girls working in Aspley clinic are lovely, professional, and very kind. We are also doing skin treatments, which have been fantastic. The prices are great as there are frequent specials and we can often get combo deals that are half price. I have already recommended this place to my friends and they are happy with treatment too.

Update: it’s been a year later of seeing Zara every 5-7weeks and I’m getting incredible results with hair removal and skin treatments. She takes care of my needs and listens to my concerns and my goals. She’s always so thoughtful, making sure I’m comfortable and that I’m confident before I leave every session!

So grateful for her services! So worth every penny. Don’t lose her!

Amazing experience and no regrets!!
I just did my first tattoo laser removal and what can I say... was fantastic! First Nanda was amazing on the phone, super friendly and very professional. Got an appointment super easily and she was very reactive. Then, I did my free consultation with Chris back in 2021, I did not purchase at first because I found another clinic where they were a lot cheaper. However, I came back to them today to do my first (initially my 5th session) and I am very happy and satisfied. Chris was very kind, gentle, super precise, communicative and professional. She made me very comfortable (whilst stressing). She explained everything, ever steps in details and she listened and answered to ALL my questions. Thanks for the amazing service to all the team and I look forward to my next appointment. I definitely recommend this clinic!
