IMA Group and staff have been nothing but amazing especially the office manager Gaby as she goes above and beyond for the patients care. I am thankful for her as she helps my grandma with her healthcare. Makes me feel good as a consumer when my grandma speaks so high about Gaby and how attentive she is with her patients. Dr . Fortech is horrible he makes my 90yr old mom cry almost everytime . I try to go to appt with her but this last time she went in by herself since my brother took her. She left crying and he did not address her uti . I am changing Medicare plans for her . Already sent a complaint to in healthmd. Com . This review the only reason I gave a 1 was the staff that does my mom’s INR are nice and professional and medical assistants. I have a medical background and Her care is unacceptable .

A super excellent place, the treatment of the super excellent staff, the doctors are spectacular, especially Dra. Ingrid Mercedes and nurse Cristine. Very friendly and responsible with all the concerns we had.

I went with a friend that needed attention. I gave you a 4 because there was an assistant called Maritza that was a bit unpleasant. Thankfully the office manager saved the situation, a young woman with black hair.

I was put on hold ..walked in employee filing nails while I was standing there .she realized I was there slid open the window I told her she could hang up the damn phone and tell the nurse iwas there.i was asked to call a few minutes ahead of time.this young lady is a constant harassment and a harmful person to my mentality and health. I'm a senior with mental health and physical problems.ty.

iMA Medical Group and Dr. NeGRoN and staff, especially Maritza Ramos, are Wonderful ? I am super pleased with the care my Mother receives there and I AM always with her for appointments. Rude not helpful at all worst experience I ever had in my life would not recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional and not willing to help the Dr is a real piece of work don't waste your time worst experience I ever had. The Dr is a quack and has a very rude personality not helping at all staff is very friendly but don't waste your time Dr isn't worth wasting your time I have everything just done only needed refills on my meds witch I never got never looked at why or even how long I been on them I wouldn't let my sick dog be seen by this Dr.

Well Dr wasn’t very friendly at the first appointment, I did get the referral’s I needed, on one visit I had a question about (the tiny blood vessels in my arms bleed easily) but I had one a few days before that hat appeared worse than usual, when I tried to show him he said I should have come in the day it happened and wouldn’t look at it, he wouldn’t discuss my medication saying I had to talk to the prescribing doctor, when the nurse from Humana tried calling the office to get me an emergency inhaler it took a week and they prescribed me albuteral for nebulisers, when I needed to renew my handicap plate I filled out the form before my appointment and since he had given me the previous one I asked him to approve it and even though this was my appointment time and I quote “I’m to busy and don’t have time right now, your not my only patient “ so I couldn’t drive for a month because I couldn’t renew my plate without it! So to me he is as useful as broken glass on a nude beach! And yes I have changed primary’s!
