I like my Doc. he is easy to understand but always to the ooint. Dr. Blaise is very personalble, caring to me. And I love his nurse Maira. My sister resently past away. And she took the time to listen to me about my favorite sister. I love IMA.

Never seen on time. Every visit including virtual I had to wait one hour or more. Went to a new dr today was seen when my appointment was. They listened to my lungs my heart looked in my ears and down my throat, I do not believe that was ever done at IM. Dr Blaise ask if I was happy with IMA, I reply about always having to wait. He had said they were working on it. My next appointment I waited for a half hour then walked out. My time is just as valuable as the staff’s time is. In a year i wasted more than 12 hours waiting for the doctor. I don’t understand why they call to remind me of my appointment when to me it looks like they should remind the staff. Occasionally this would be acceptable however it was every visit.
