I went to see Dr Neil Jover because I have asthma. I waited about 25 minutes before I was seen. Doc Jover checked my breathing and air on my blood using an oximeter. He then prescribed a med to relieve the pathway to the lungs. Also gave me a referral to have a swab test for COVID and respiratory virus. Do J is very good doctor. All the other staff in the Medical Service are very friendly and efficient.

Professional and welcoming staff at Illawarra Medical Services!
The experience from today was seamless.
Checked in with the friendly reception staff, was directed to the seating area and was seen to within 5 minutes.
During my consultation, Dr Lam was professional, attentive & effective with communication.

Don’t go here they are horrible.
Young pregnant woman who are pregnant for the first time and they cause a lot of distress and concern for no reason.
Banned for no reason. And cannot even contact to ask why. Very rude very unprofessional
