I had my MRI done there & I could not ask for a better service. Quick booking & friendly staff. I have to highly appraise Josh who with his calm manner managed to guide me through the whole MIR screening.

These guys were amazing. Whole practice from admin to procedure efficient competent but also kind and caring. I got in quickly where all the other places I contacted had 3 to 3 week wait. And they bulk bill. One place which was going to charge me over 400 dollars even demanded I get the report from my original ultrasound on a disk and physically take it to them . Not IMI. Oh just leave that to us the admin person said we can get a digital copy easily.

FIVE STAR RECEPTION
FIVE STAR SERVICE from the moment we walked in the door. We were accommodated with an impromptu appointment at short notice. Our 16yr old son had injured his shoulder and had to have an MRI. The staff were warm and comforting and the radiographer spent time explaining the whole process to our son so as he was relaxed during his scan. The scans and report were to our GP and Orthopaedic surgeon within 24hrs. I cannot thank the whole team at IMI - vision xray in Picadilly enough for such a caring, supportive and streamlined service. We will definitely use them again ( not hoping to anytime soon though ?)

Great reception staff. So lovely and friendly. I had am MRI done here today and Josh the MRI technician was so nice and comforting. He took his time as I was quite anxious as I get claustrophobic inside the machine like most. Josh took the time to chat with me and made sure I was ok to continue. Thank you for your great bedside manner which comforted me before the procedure.

I highly recommend this center staff are good,supportive and Dr Pippani is awesome she is very friendly and explained every steps and process to me.For the first time I had ultrasound pelvic exam I was very stressed before coming to this center and about to cancel it.
Very lucky to come this center and met Dr Pippani she is an angel.I can't thank her enough.

I visited for some biopsies following an Ultrasound and was really nervous about the procedure and the results. The staff on reception were lovely, I was seen on time and Pippa guided me through the whole process and was incredibly empathetic and supportive. I would totally recommend IMI.
