This place is amazing.
I needed an xray of my Mums back as she was in so much pain.
Mum was in a Nursing home and I had no idea of the services in Dapto. Having poor mobiliy I had to transfer her in a wheelchair to the service.
I randomly found this Radiology. The staff were amazing so king and compassionate. Mum had a xray of her back requested and after the first scan the lovely radiographer said Mum probably needed a CT scan to really see the fracture in her lower lumbar region. The radiographer said shed contact the Dr to get the CT to save me coming back . How compassionate she was.
The Dr then reviewed her CT and said due to the pain she is suffering she would be better off going to the Emergency dept for pain relief.

Great convenient location. Courteous medical professionals, shame about your reception. It was closed on arrival due to lunch time 12.30pm-1pm. Asked why I had a text message for a 12.45pm arrival to a 1pm appointment and was told that it's a standard message and it cannot be changed. Receptionist also said that they need to have lunch too. I had not questioned that issue. I added that any IT can change a text message as my time is also precious. Very passive-aggressive and makes you feel uncomfortable. If you have a business, update your messaging to ensure your staff don't feel bothered by your customers being told to come in during their lunchtime!

This clinic is fairly new and not many doctors refer here which means they can fit me in much faster than other clinics. This is especially helpful when timing is important ie pregnancy scans.

The equipment is new, the staff are professional and the rooms are fresh.

I bring my referrals for other clinics here now so waiting up to a week and a half for scans is a thing of the past

Took my 3 year old for an ultrasound. They where so lovely and nice. Will definitely come back when we need to.
