Really great location. Really nice practice. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent, professional doctors. I do have to say that I did wait about 45 mins, which is quite a long time, but I really hope it doesn't sound like I'm being overly critical because tbf I think that the treatment that I received here was top notch, I really didn't have anything else to be doing and I understand that health care workers are over worked. And I kind of get the feeling that the government could probably really take some of that load by properly funding Medicare so I'm very compassionate to the fact 15 mins for a Dr is woefully insufficient and probably more realistically indicates that the Drs here take their responsibilities seriously and are giving their patients the time that they need not what the clock tells them to... But it was a long wait ? Anyway top notch, cheers x

New to the area and had a significant accident requiring a lot of aftercare. The team At IGP were absolutely fantastic, from the office staff treating me with respect and making sure all my concerns were answered to put my mind at ease. The Drs are fantastic and made sure I was well informed and gave personal care that is extremely hard to find today. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Dr Sukanya is very thorough and compassionate. This was my first appointment and she gave me complete time and came across as very knowledgeable. Most importantly I found her to be very kind and caring...a must for a family doctor for me. I I would definitely recommend her. Special mention to the reception staff who was very quick and efficient.

It was my first time in this practice and Dr. Velusamy made this experience comfortable and relaxed as I was really nervous/anxious from the start. She listened attentively and patiently to my concerns and provided options for me to try and I felt really involved. She’s one of the kindest GP I’ve seen. Will definitely come back. Thank you doc.
The receptionist was also nice and friendly.

Visited here on a friends recommendation and was seen by Dr Mahesh Ramalingam and am extremely happy with our interaction, I felt that he truly listened and gave me helpful and practical advice and recommendations. I'll be continuing to see him in future, it was a very refreshing appointment after many disappointing appointments with GPs at other practices.

Always on time Absolutely thorough, Doctor R has an amazing way of relating to people in a Non- judgemental way. It's taken me years to find a GOOD GP who I felt comfortable with and who I felt listened to me. I can not think of a single negative thing to say. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
