It was a very positive exp, the medical reception was efficient and professional and personable. She updated my details which was very important when circumstances change in your life. The Medical team there are the best! GP practice is so very important and to build up a trust relationship with them makes it feel a very safe space. They are so thorough and respect they have for patients is excellent. Glad we have this practice in our city.

As a patient for 30 years, the front desk is all important. In the past it could be woeful with passive/aggressive staff. This has changed for the better. My GP is great. She listens and is reassuring. No matter how dire the prognosis - she lifts my spirits.

I went in to have an injection and the receptionist took details in a pleasant manner and directed me to the Nurses.
There I was seated in a service area and shortly thereafter my doctor arrived to recommend I have 3 injections.
In no time a nurse was with me and very efficiently gave me the doses. She explained everything and was proficient and courteous.

I had to get part of my bowel removed. Post surgery visit. My doctor and the nurse who checked my wounds were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend IFMC.

Today's visit was right on time, enough to fit in all my concerns within the allocated 15 minutes, even though I threw in a curved ball! Such friendly receptionists, and caring medical staff.

Would not recommend to anyone. Drs are good, but reception terrible!
1st appointment was waiting over an hour even after asking reception if the dr was running on time.
2nd interaction the dr called to give results to let me know if I can book a surgical consult. Reception hit me up asking me to pay for a consultation even tho I never even asked for the call.
3rd had a surgical consultation and went to reception to pay. I asked them to double check everything was right as previous 2 interactions were lacking, receptionist double checked with a coworker out back and assured me it was all right. Reception are now calling as they "missed" an additional payment.
I would not recommend to anyone! The reception are to dodgy

Never have to wait too long Beyond appointed time. Drs are all efficient and courteous as well as reception staff and nurses.
