Would give minus points if option available. Extremely rude receptionist who does not listen. Attempted to follow up on Drs referral and make an important. She wouldn't listen to me and referred to the person I was attempting to make appointment for by a completely different name. After providing correct details again and explaining reason visit required, she then referred to a totally different reason and tried to put me through to the wrong section to make an appointment. Explained for the third time that would be inappropriate as that type of treatment wasn't required as had been already provided elsewhere. She finally told me the clinic wouldn't help me and to secure assistance from community nurse. Said patient is a diabetic and Dr has reffered us to the diabetes clinic. Made no difference. Said I would advise patients Dr that clinic is refusing to see him.
