The doctors and nurses are good, but never able to get in, its weeks before being seen. No one ever answers the phone so if you need an appt you have to walk in to make it. Most reception staff seem extremely underskilled for medical reception. Really miss the Dapto clinic and morning walk-ins. Will need to start looking for another GP at this stage.

Doctors are nice and helpful. Can be a struggle to get an appointment but well worth it. I was quite disgruntled earlier on in the year and left a negative review but I can understand the waits now. I can have a temper which I am undergoing a diagnosis for at the moment. I Amended my review to reflect the business properly. They are a good business just struggle with waiting times sometimes.

The Illawarra Aboriginal Medical Centre are getting ridiculous!!! You can never get an appointment, always waiting at least 3 weeks to see someone! Other then that it's good. Good staff and good doctors if you could only get in to see someone!

Beautiful staff, family friendly, I didn't feel ashamed when my 22mth old daughter misbehaved and ran around, staff loved her and treated us we so much kindness and respect.?

Everyone is very helpful here and they even have a car service to pick you up and take you home. They even take you to Specialist appointments.
