They are bulk billed but this is reflected in the quality of the doctors. Waited an hour for my appointment and Dr Marufa refused to do the test because she thought the government would bill me for doing it a month early even after I said I’d pay for it if they did. I googled and she was wrong. How incompetent. Pay the gap and go elsewhere.

Dr. Chen jie xu had seen me on Monday, my worst decision ever. I have influenza A and a bacteria infected lung. He insisted that I just had virus. You don’t even listen I said my daughter has influenza A and I feel really bad after 6 days of having the same flu. For god sack, finally he agreed run some test, it should tell you I have both but no one even cared to tell me the results. You could killed me. Shame on you. It’s the distrust saved me. The other doctor straight away ordered x ray and prescribed antibiotic before the results. I willl never come back again.

I have been there a few times before I write this reviews, 1st time with Dr Colin Chan, he was so uncaring, unprofessional and rude. I felt so uncomfortable in seeing him & I felt like he thinks I am just wasting his time because I was the new patient and he needed to get my history.
so, from the 2nd time I booked Dr. Marufa Mahbub, she is so much nicer, have time for her patient but I felt like she is quite lack of confidence as a GP & refused to prescript me medications & cream, she asked me to go back to the GP who prescript me before (I never had problem with my other GPs with those " Stronger" medications), I visited her 3 times but 2 out of 3 I need to wait at least 1 hour for my booked appointment time. she is lovely but I guess I need to seeks other better GP. the receptionist was great and polite.

Dr Marufa is polite and nice, but she lacks confidence as a medical practitioner. The waiting time is normally more than 30 minutes.

Kathy, the receptionist, is very kind.

Dr Merbab is one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever seen. I usually see a male doctor but thought I would find a local female in the area who bulk hills, anyway I am going back to Dr Kirlous as she was so rude from the minute I got there and when I told her about my existing medical condition, rather than taking my word for it she insisted I do a test to prove it to her before treating me my a flare up. She was uncaring and unprofessional and I won’t be going back there.

I can't believe how bad the service was. The staff seemed uncaring, lacked empathy, and were impatient. Dr. Marufa Mahbub didn't have much medical knowledge and suggested using Vick's instead of providing proper advice, support, or medication. The rude doctor was Dr. Zhen Xu. It felt like they just wanted me out of there. Surprisingly, the clinic wasn't busy; I was the only patient. That's probably why they had an appointment available. I won't go back to this clinic.

Poor excuse of doctors surgery, dr sent me to specialist whom when saw results asked me why I as here as nothing in results show that I need to see specialist $400 later, still in pain. Receptionist is lovely but I don’t trust the doctors, not friendly no rapport building, after 2 years no change. Finding new GP that I can trust

I have been attending this practice for a while now and on every encounter they have been more than compassionate and helpful. Many times I have been going through mental health and rough times and I always feel very supported and like they listen and care when I am there. Dr Chan has never failed to show empathy and understanding no matter the situation and goes above and beyond to try and find a solution to help. Reception are always lovely and very helpful. I recommend this practice 100%. Thank You
