I’ve had a wonderful experience at this general practice and highly recommend it! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which immediately creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The doctors here are exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and genuinely take the time to listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits, and they always make sure I fully understand my treatment options. The front desk staff is equally kind and helpful, making scheduling appointments or addressing questions a seamless experience. I can unreservedly recommend that patients my age (74) do a GP Management Plan. It crystallised many of my concerns, and the nurse/doctor team was excellent. The value of this exercise needs to be communicated better to patients. Dr Kenny and nurse Susanne were excellent.

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr Eugenia. She is very thorough and caring and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have seen other doctors in this practice and have found them to be excellent as well but Eugenia is a favourite for me.

The reception staff are great. One of them alerted me to the fact that I should have reached the Medicare safety net threshhold. As a result and after many phone calls to Services Australia the problem was rectified and I received a substantial payment from Medicare. This would not have happened if the staff member had not alerted me. So thank you iHealth.

Have been a regular patient at this clinic but now avoid this place unless necessary. Not only have the fees increased dramatically to possibly fund the extension and refurbishment of the clinic, the attention and care of the doctors there feel disingenuous and only seem to try diagnose you as quickly as possible just to get their patient turnover higher. Even though appointments are necessary, many times the doctors and not on time, even after checked in with reception they would see the next patient before you saying they did not know you are waiting and not apolgise for their error of not admitting you in properly.

Overall, the perception they provide is a one-stop-shop with access to all services and practitioners available but this focus has overrode the core business, which is providing quality GP services. Their main clientele is for elderly patients.

If you're looking for a long-term GP to get to know you well, especially if you have young children or starting a family, it's worth looking elsewhere.
