The shop is full of miserable and rude staff who can’t even give you a simple greeting or acknowledge your presence. Constantly feels like you’re being judged or leered at. Ridiculous pricing, not even a deli in the shop so the quality of the meats and delicatessen products are poor quality. Why I shop here? I don’t want to drive over an hour down the road for a bottle of milk and a loaf of bread. If a shop is going to charge so much to their locals, the least you’d expect is a hello or even a smile. Fix the staff or pricing. Actually both would be nice…

Can't understand why the locals support this business, ridiculously expensive.
Glad to see Coles are delivering to Braidwood now.

My fav local supermarket, everything you need and more, local produce and meat. Friendly staff, home delivery is perfect. If they don't have something, they will try to get it for you. Lucky to have our IGA

Very well stocked and even has a great range of local produce if you are travelling through outside of the 'normal' opening hours of the local providers of delicious yumminess. They also have a pretty good range of regular produce too. Very friendly staff and service.

The meat selection is about as big as the one you have in your house. The floor is all damaged, why they don't spend a little money and fix the lino tiles just makes you look extremely lazy and shows a lack of respect for your customers.

If your floors at home looked like that, you'd be ashamed.
The staff, especially the overweight (just stating what I've experienced) ones are pretty rude and not helpful at all.
Very lacking any any kind of selection.

I'd keep on driving to the next closest town.

Keep an eye on what they're charging you. Strawberries were listed on special for $2.50 but scanned at almost double the price. No apology or offer to check it.
Really disappointed as most staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Good local shop with a good community feeling. Staff are always helpful and shop is stocked with local goods, eg Dojo bread and Braidwood Butcher, so you can still get their produce for longer hours.
