Ally made the whole experience so comfortable for a first timer like me! I have been wanting to do this for awhile as I suffer severe IBS and my body has been battling burnout and in severe fight or flight mode. She is so knowledgeable about the gut, the body, the mind and everything in between. I even booked in for her special of 3 sessions for 300 just to get my body reset. Couldn’t recommend Icolonic more. I had the pleasure of having my first experience with Ally, who instantly made me feel right at home despite being there for what we all feel anxious about getting done, of course the nerves were normal but I ended up going back 4 sessions and was so comfortable at every session. Yesterday I ventured into Ally’s space. It was a warm friendly visit. To say I didn’t want to be there is an understatement but I made the commitment. I am so grateful to have found Ally when I did. Ally has a beautiful harmony with her professionalism whilst also being very personable. Ally is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable from beginning to end. The space is inviting and relaxing. I loved the belly massage to help relax and release. I highly recommend Ally. In fact 3 people from my circle have already seen her since I saw her 4 weeks ago! You will feel amazing after a session with Ally! Do yourself a favour, look after your gut and go see Ally!
