The staff at the palms are beautiful people who genuinely care for the elderly in a respectful way maintaining their dignity. The staff are very responsive, and the facilities are very clean. The staff provide regular feedback to the family. My father has improved significantly whilst being at the Palms for 30 days. He has put on weight and is really enjoying their food. He is also spoiled with entertainment including outings, movies and of course the NRL on a large screen. It's great to see him smile again and he is so much more positive about life. Their holistic approach to the provision of care of the elderly has resulted in significant improvements in both the physical and psychological health of my father and I could not be any more appreciative. Thank you to the beautiful staff members of the Palms.

Staff are great however the rooms are small and shared with other residents compared to other aged care facilities that provide bigger, brighter and individual rooms.

It was such a wonderful day spent with my Dad during the Ibis Care Kirrawee Family Christmas BBQ lunch and concert. Staff worked absolutely tirelessly ensuring the residents and their families were well catered for, felt welcomed and included. Thank you to all who organised the event, the staff and to Santa who made a jolly appearance!
